Reverend Gerald E. Bell
Is a dynamic preacher who espouses the love of Christ while generating and promoting a faith that will move mountains. His message is one of Social Impact, Self-development and Biblical Guidance. He founded the Strong Tower Ministries in May 2006. Pastor Bell was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and spent his formative years in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a graduate of Tennessee State University. He holds a Master of Theology from Andover Newton Theological School and in 2002 completed the Summer Program in Theology at Oxford University in England.
His  unique ability to combine urban, international, theological and financial issues earned him the invitation to attend Harvard Divinity School as a Merrill Fellow during the fall of 2005. While at Harvard Divinity School, Pastor Bell, as a HDS Field Education Supervisor, spent much of his time developing the private, non-profit “Put Faith to Work,” while studying national inner city outreach and international development of faith based business networks.
After prayer, deliberation and sacrifice on March 23, 2014 the church voted Reverend Gerald E. Bell to become Shiloh’s 17th Pastor. This is a very exciting time in the history of Shiloh Baptist Church as we sit in anticipation of what GOD has in store for us in this season.
