“Why Am I In This Field?”
Ruth 2
Have you ever found yourself somewhere you didn’t choose — a job, a relationship, a season of life — and wondered how you got there? Ruth asked a similar question in an unfamiliar field: Why am I here? Why me? Why this place?
In the second chapter of Ruth, a young woman far from home gleans in a field she didn’t know would change her life. What looks like coincidence turns out to be providence. What feels like starting over turns out to be a beginning. And what seems like just surviving turns out to be the moment everything shifts.
This Sunday, Rev. Dr. Jaron Green brings a word that meets us in the middle of our uncertain places. Join us at Shiloh Baptist Church as we explore what happens when God is working in a field we didn’t plan to be in.

All are welcome. Come – knowing that the field in which you find yourself may be exactly what you need. And maybe – God is the one doing the gleaning!
